3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimated and may take up to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, customs processing, and carrier issues. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery. Once an order has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Customers must submit a written request to info@noblegance.com explaining the reason for the return or refund.

• Requests must include a valid reason for the return or refund. Reasons such as “I don’t like it” will not be accepted.

• Products that are mishandled, misused, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return or refund.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds will only be issued after the supplier has confirmed receipt and condition of the returned item. We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet these criteria.
